- The Lee P.A.S. Foundation-Raising Awareness of Parental Alienation and Parental Alienation Syndrome Because most people do not know about P.A. and P.A.S. until they experience it. The Lee P.A.S. Foundation was formed to help raise awareness and provide education about this growing problem of permanent mental and emotional abuse upon families and children. Our goal is to educate the General Public, Schools, Police, Mental Health Professionals, Religious Leaders, Judges, and Lawyers who may be unaware of the effect of alienating behaviors in P.A. and P.A.S., and how these behaviors harm children, and destroy loving relationships that were once healthy between parents, children and extended family. We believe that with awareness and education, comes understanding, along with the power to stop the emotional and mental abuse of our innocent children.
